Conditions for Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order anytime prior to a shipping label for your order being created.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by sending us a clear statement to that effect. You can inform us of your decision by:

    We cannot be held responsible for an order that is returned in damaged condition or lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.     Orders Returned due to Failed or Refused Delivery

    If your order is returned to us due to a failed or refused delivery, there will be a restocking fee applied to the order. The restocking fee will be 50% of the total order value or the cost of shipping and order preparation, whichever is greater. This restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.
